· Please use a physical address. UPS will not deliver to a post office box.

· UPS Tracking numbers will be e-mailed to you when your order is shipped via UPS.

· If you supply an incorrect or incomplete address that results in InshoreFlorida.com incurring an additional fee from the shipping service, we reserve the right to debit your credit card for this same amount.

· If your order is damaged in shipping, UPS/USPS and Inshore Florida must be notified within 72 hours of receipt of goods.

· All items shipped in the USA are no charge as we are giving you that break not found elsewhere in most places; FREE SHIPPING USA ONLY!

RETURN POLICY

·  The Island Angler Inc., is an advertising arrangement giving you our customer the feel of a family-owned and operated business allowing us to treat our customers in a friendly, small-town way. 

·  If you are unhappy with any product that you buy from Inshore Florida or ReelnFish at the Tacklebox, allows you to return that unused, new item in the original, resalable packaging within 30 days of the purchase for a full refund, less shipping.

· We are not responsible for typographical errors or programming errors.

· Quantities of any item may be limited.

·  If you do need to return, an item please includes a copy of the original invoice, a reason for the return and a way to contact you by telephone, e-mail or US Mail. Failure to provide this information may cause a delay in crediting your account.

·  For warranty situations for products like rods, reels, tools or other items you may buy from Inshore Florida or ReelnFish at the Tacklebox,  please contact the manufacturer about their warranty policy.

· If you cannot find how to contact a manufacturer, simply e-mail us” and we will try to help you reach the manufacturer.

SALES TAX

Inshore Florida or ReelnFish at the Tacklebox is located in Florida and must charge 7% Florida state sales tax on all orders shipped to destinations in Florida.

PAYMENT

We accept payment by Visa, MasterCard, Discover and American Express and all other means acceptable through PayPal.

INTERNATIONAL ORDERS

We are happy to attempt to ship internationally for our customers. For our mutual protection and satisfaction, we research each international shipping request to find the most reliable carrier and the best price for that specific situation. We ship internationally only with reliable carriers. These include U.S.P.S., FedEx and UPS.

1. To inquire about ordering products, e-mail us at Inshore Florida or ReelnFish at the Tacklebox and explain what items you are interested in purchasing. Please include a specific address to help us find the best shipping options for you.

2. We will look into shipping options and attempt to reply to your e-mail within 24 hours. Our Customer Order Form will be attached to this e-mail. This form provides us with your shipping and credit card information via a PayPal Invoiced Bill.

3. To order, simply click the PayPal Invoice Bill Button and return the form to us by e-mail: inshoreflorida@gmail.com, or fax in the USA at (509) 352-5463.
